Model Description
These mice carry loxP sites flanking region between exon 3 of Il13--201 and exon 4 of Il4-201 . When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in eliminating tissue-specific conditional expression of Il13 and IL4 gene.
