RFP+ cells (red) were colocalized with GFP+ cells (green) in the brain and muscle of Pax7DreERT2/+; Rosa26RFP/+ mouse after tamoxifen treatment. However, the expression of RFP by induced dre with Pax7DreERT2/+ was less effective in the muscle. (Collaborated with Prof. Zhou bin’s group from Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science, CAS)
